Construction Cleared For Holiday Travel

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. —

According to PennDot many interstates will be cleared for drivers.

All lanes will be open throughout the weekend on Interstates 80 and 99.

Construction barrels will remain as they are along Interstate 219, however, and traffic will remain one lane for much of the ride.

This news is not bothering many as they have chose to stay put for Memorial Day weekend.

Instead of packing up for the long haul, many opted for the "stay-cation."

These folks are taking advantage of near-by camp sites, amusement parks, festivals, and state parks.
