Construction Workers Hit Natural Gas Line

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —

Firefighters were called Thursday morning after construction workers hit a natural gas line in Cambria County.

It happened around 10:30 a.m. in Westmont. Sunshine Avenue was already closed for sewer line repairs.

A backhoe grazed the line, but a crew from Dominion Peoples Gas quickly came out and repaired the leak.
