The City of Johnstown is making a New Year's resolution to do whatever it can to get a Target to locate downtown.
City leaders say a major developer is interested in pursuing a goal to put a Target store in the former Sani-Dairy site. Part of the plan includes moving the Sheetz on Haynes and Franklin across the street. They also need to work with the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority, which is familiar with the property. They are hoping to get support from major political and economic leaders in the area.
