Could Johnstown Be One Of Six Cities Chosen To Pilot The New Medicare Bill?

Six cities across the country will be named pilot cities for the new Medicare bill, and Johnstown might be one of them. But Senator Rick Santorum says it might be six years before any of the cities are announced. Under the plan, the selected cities would have a chance to be the first to receive higher quality medical benefits. Santorum says this could be a positive change for any city that is chosen.
