Johnstown —
The building has been empty for several years, but now, city officials are courting three potential businesses for Johnstown's Sani-Diary Building. The properties current owner plans to have the Sani-Dairy building torn down by the end of the year, then the potential owners will build on the vacant site. One of the potential owners is also looking at properties in the Richland Township area.
