Could You Be Paying For School's Roof?

Since the Richland Middle School roof collapsed at the beginning of this school year, the school board is left with a choice. Should they fix it, or build a new school. Either way, the money to pay for it will be coming out of your pocket. During Monday nights meeting, the school board accepted a feesabilty study that gave the district a number of options.
