Couple Charged With Arson

A man and woman from Brush Valley have been accused of torching their old apartment to collect insurance money.

Last August, a fire led to an explosion that destroyed the old Korner Market.

William Russell and Christina Johnson lived in the apartment attached to the building.

After a lengthy investigation, police said they found enough evidence to charge the couple with arson.
