Crayon, Paint Sets Recalled Due To Lead

About 27,000 crayon and paint sets made in China have been recalled because they contain lead.

The Imaginarium Wooden Coloring Cases were sold at Toys "R" Us stores nationwide from October 2006 to present for about $20.

Anyone who has one of the cases is advised to immediately return it to the Toys "R" Us store where it was purchased to receive store credit.

The crayon and paint sets were made in China. No injuries have been reported form the coloring cases, but experts said lead poisoning often occurs with no obvious symptoms and can go unrecognized.

Health officials warn that lead poisonings effects are cumulative, so it is very important to remove tainted toys from children immediately.
