We've told you about a winding road, in Johnstown, that's been the site of several accidents. But now, it will be getting some help. PennDot say they will resurface "D" Street on Tuesday. Until then, anti-skid material will be placed on that stretch of road connecting the city's West End and Westwood sections. It's designed to prevent cars from losing control.
