A Penn State student died over a week ago, and police say they're still talking to witnesses about his death.
A make shift memorial for "Peter" Serrano continues to grow in downtown State College. That's where he died after a scuffle with the staff of a nearby bar. State College police say they've talked to a lot of people about what happened that night, but they want to investigate even further. It is unclear whether or not any charges will be filed in this case.
