The judge ruled a limited amount of time that the Hostettler family could use its sawmill equipment because of noise.
The judge also ruled that the family's dog kennel didn't constitute a nuisance.
The neighbors now want the judge to reconsider and said they can't sit on their porches because of dogs yipping.
