Defense Attorney Tries To Move Area Murder Trial

Prosecutors in Cambria County say they will fight any effort to move the case of a 17-year old Philadelphia youth, who was arrested for shooting a man at an underage dance club in Cresson, to juvenile court. Tuck, also known as Braheem Grant, is in the Cambria County Jail and has been charged as an adult for criminal homicide. He is accused of shooting 19-year old Ikeem Mapp twice outside the dance club. Tucks attorney says he was attacked by several people, including Mapp, and said Tuck didn't own the gun that was supposedly used in the shooting.
