Cambria County veteran District Attorney Dave Tulowitzki is to announce his candidacy, this week, for a seat on Cambria County Court. According to a press release, Tulowitzki is to make an official announcement Thursday in Ebensburg. Tulowitzki has been a county prosecutor for 13 years and district attorney for the past ten years. He has been practicing law for 24 years. Tulowitzki is expected to seek both party nominations in the may primary.
