By WJAC Web Staff

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. —

An Elk County man accused of a domestic dispute and weapon scare on the University Park campus at Penn State told authorities that he will turn himself in Monday night.

Penn State police said 21-year-old Michael Delullo, who is not associated with Penn State, was involved in a dispute with a female student at White Course Apartments and threatened to kill himself with a handgun.

The victim told officers that she was able to escape the apartment, and that when she returned, he was gone.

Officials said Delullo was contacted by authorities in Clearfield County and agreed to surrender himself.
