Fred Arnsparger, John Arnsaparger and Lawrence Kennedy are behind bars, accused of selling cocaine and prescription drugs. Agents say these men are at the top of the drug chain in Blair County. The drug bust that yielded these three Thursday night also yielded a kilo of cocaine worth $150,000. Agents say that amount of cocaine is the most they've ever seen in one location. The investigation is ongoing.
