Drug hotline tips lead to 2 arrests in Altoona

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —

Two people were arrested on drug charges thanks to tips from calls to a drug hotline.

Altoona police arrested Rashad Downey and Antoinette Randolph after police found about two pounds of marijuana and $1,900 in cash at a home on North 9th Avenue.

Investigators said Downey sold drugs to undercover officers four times.
