CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. —

A Clearfield County doctor accused of selling prescription painkillers out of his home will spend the next four to eight years in state jail.

Rajendra D. Yande, 48, of DuBois, pleaded no contest on Monday, according to WJAC-TV's news partners at Gant Daily.

The plea means that Yande admitted no guilt for the 15 counts he was facing.

The Attorney General's Office said undercover agents purchased 50 prescriptions from Yande for more than 2,100 narcotic pills including Percocet, Adderall, Valium and Xanax.

Investigators said all of the purchases were made at Yande's home.
