EBENSBURG, Pa. —
The news is welcome relief for residents on Ogle Street in Ebensburg Boro, who had a tough time getting in their front doors during the construction.
The project cost nearly $350,000 as part as an overall plan to rejuvenate the downtown area. As part of the project, crews also planted 129 trees.
