They've been battling blazes for 100 years in Ridgway. This week, the Capital City Fire Company is celebrating the milestone, which just happens to coincide with the town's annual Fireman's Carnival. In addition, Ridgway will host the Tri-County Fireman's Convention this weekend for departments across the region.
