JOHNSONBURG, Pa —
Police have charged 22 year old Andrew Kowalksi and 24 year old Justin Latona with sexually abusing a 15 year old girl on October 14, in Johnsonburg, Elk County.
It happened around 4am, October 14th. Police say, the victim and her friend got picked up from Saint Mary's by the two young men. They were taken to 19 Powers Avenue in Johnsonburg, where the incident occured. Neighbors tell 6 News, that the house has been the scene for many wild and crazy parties over the last several weeks.
According to officials it was in the house that Latona started having unprotected sex with the 15 year old girl. Police say that the other young man, Kowalski left the room after a couple of minutes because he "knew it wasn't right" -what he was doing.
According to reports the two men, took the victim and her friend back to Saint Mary's a short time after that.
The two men have been taken into custody and are facing felony charges.
There is a hearing scheduled for November 28th, in which more details are expected to be released.
