Emergency Crews Search For Glider

Emergency crews are searching for a downed glider near the Blair-Huntingdon County line. An emergency dispatcher with the Huntigdon County 911 Center reports the glider went down sometime Saturday evening near the town of Yellow Springs. As of midnight Sunday, crews had not located the glider, although they are tracking a signaling device coming from the aircraft. The single-pilot glider has no motor. Several emergency responders in the area are joining the search. A state police helicopter is also trying to locate the glider.
