Employee Accused Of Lottery Theft

An employee at Lykens Market in Centre County is accused of stealing nearly $58,000 worth of lottery tickets.

Police told WJAC that Andrew Biggans, of Bellefonte, was also able to activate the tickets and then cash the winners at another store.

Biggans reportedly told police that he has a gambling problem and has no idea how many tickets he actually stole.
