ALTOONA, Pa. —

Police said they were able to charge two women with stealing a minivan through a Facebook post.

The Altoona Mirror says the vehicle was stolen on Dec. 1. Two days later, police posted a picture of what the van looked like.

That same day, police received a call from a woman who said she spotted the van and snapped a photo of two women walking away from it.

That photo led police to arrest 19-year-old Fatimah Guthrie and 19-year-old Hillary Ott.

Both women were arraigned on Thursday.
