It's a time of tears and thoughtful memories for a fallen Penn State Student.
Family and friends gathered on campus for a service honoring the memory of Salvador "Peter" Serrano. He died early Sunday morning, after a scuffle in State College. Staff from a downtown bar say they were simply restraining Serrano and 2 others when he went unconscious and never recovered. Family members have doubts about that story.
