Fatal Fire Ruled Arson

State police in Indiana County said a deadly fire last week near Blairsville was intentionally set.

The fire took the life of 57-year-old William Wheeler, a former Burrell Township supervisor and tax assessor. Wheeler's wife and daughter were not home at the time of the blaze.

The exact cause is still under investigation.

No one has been charged in connection with the blaze.
