JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —

A federal grand jury has handed down a three-count indictment against a Johnstown couple accused of distributing crack cocaine.

James Parker, 40, and Ebony Thorne, 30, of the Coopersdale Homes are named in the indictment.

The two are described by police as high-level drug dealers who sold thousands of dollars of crack each week in the area.

The indictment refers to three incidents in October in which the two are charged with selling the drug.

If convicted, Parker could face up to 60 years in jail and Thorne could face 40 years in jail.
