Fire destroys Blair Co. home; no one hurt

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —

A fire that was started by a turkey fryer devastated a family’s home in Greenfield Township, Blair County Sunday evening.

Police said the fire department responded quickly to the house on Ski Gap Road, but within several minutes flames spread and engulfed the entire right side of the house.

Three people lived inside, but everyone made it out okay.

Police said it’s most likely a total loss.
