First On 6: Federal investigations continue into possible pedophile network connected to Jerry Sandusky

By Gary Sinderson and  WJAC Web Staff

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. —

Sources confirmed with 6News that agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Postal Inspectors are still investigating the possibility of a child sex abuse ring connected to Jerry Sandusky, as first reported by WJAC-TV on July 20.

Earlier this week, Greg Bucceroni told 6News that he was repeatedly abused by a prominent Philadelphia businessman, who encouraged him, and several other boys, to visit Sandusky in State College and “become part of the Second Mile family,” said Bucceroni.

Sources said agents are also looking into the possibility that Sandusky used the United States Postal Service to mail seductive, suggestive letters to his victims, as well as the possibility that he may have mailed and swapped child pornography.
