Big changes coming to the Flight 93 Memorial Chapel. Members of the Garden Club Federation of Pennsylvania and the Flight 93 Memorial Chapel director announced the changes on Saturday. They unveiled plans for a Flight 93 Crew Monument, a Heroes Memorial Garden, and a Children's Peace Garden. Both gardens should be underway by the end of May. The crew monument will not be built until the end of August until the money is raised for that project.
