A shuttle will connect the two events so that festival-goers can go from one event to the other easily without worrying about moving a vehicle.
There will also be some new food at the Folk Fest at Festival Park, a vendor from South Carolina is bringing a southern barbeque booth for the first time this year.
Organizers at both festivals said connecting the two events will benefit both sides and hopefully bring more people out to enjoy the ethnic food at both locations.
