DuBois, PA —
A former DuBois teacher who allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl will go to trial next year.
Michael Sedor was charged with 10 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, 20 counts of statutory sexual assault, 20 counts of aggravated indecent assault and 20 counts of indecent assault in August.
According to a criminal complaint, Sedor admitted to the acts.
On Tuesday afternoon Sedor waived his preliminary hearing at a Jefferson County district magistrate's office.
There was no request for bail reduction.
Sedor's bail remains at $350,000.
He remains at the Jefferson County jail.
