Former Johnstown Restaurant Owner Charged With Arson

The man accused of setting fire to his own restaurant spent much of day, Monday, in court.

Ronald Barrett is accused of setting fire to the Hofbrau Restaurant almost 2 years ago. He went before a grand jury last year, charged with arson and mail fraud. Now, after several delays, his trial is set to begin. Barrett has plead not guilty to the charges. He's been in the Allegheny County Jail, since failing to show up for 3 previous court appearances. If convicted, he could face up to 80 years in jail.
