SOMERSET, Pa. —
Santorum will be at the courthouse on June 6 at 11 a.m.
County Commissioner Jim Marker said they're honored to have him come back to the county to make the official announcement.
Santorum has family roots in western Pennsylvania and Somerset County.
Marker said Santorum could address issues of foreign policy to the financial health of the government.
Marie McNerny, a Somerset County resident said, "I would like to hear his views on how he can stimulate the economy."
