Funeral Held For Richland Teen
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —
Friends and family gathered in suburban Johnstown Wednesday morning to say goodbye to a 14-year-old who was killed in an ATV crash last weekend.
Kiersten Wagner was just starting her freshman year of high school at Richland.
The district excused classmates who wanted to attend the service.
