Good Samaritan who stopped to report crash struck by another vehicle

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —

A good Samaritan was hurt after he stopped to call 911 about a crash in Blair County.

Allegheny Township police said Joni Adams lost control of her car on Sugar Run Road, and it went over a hill, hit a rock and flipped over.

Joshua Madison stopped to call 911. Police said Ashleigh Williamson saw him, skidded off the road, struck him with her vehicle and then went down a hill.

Madison hurt his legs, back, and head but refused treatment. Adams was taken to Altoona Hospital.
