JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —
The shooting happened Wednesday night in a Solomon Homes parking lot. Johnstown Detective Larry Wagner was picking up five shell casings when a WJAC-TV crew arrived at the scene.
Police said the shooter fired shots around 11 p.m., striking Alston. Then, someone in a burgundy Ford Explorer left the victim in the lobby of the hospital. Hospital workers then notified police.
