Cambria County —
Cambria County's coroner says just before 6 P.M. Friday night, the car 19-year-old Amanda Ickes was driving lost control rounding a curve on Colver Road in Cambria Township. The car then slid into a tree. Ickes died later at Conemaugh Hospital.
Ickes was a student at Central Cambria High School. The school will have counselors available for both students and parents on Monday.
