Their mission is to help as many kids in Johnstown as possible. But "Operation Help" seems to be Santa's secret this year and organizers say they want to get the word out. "Operation Help" is located downtown at 430 Main Street. The children's exchange store provides everything from clothes to car seats for low income families. Those eligible to shop for free are families who qualify for any form of public assistance. "Operation Help" hours are every Saturday from nine until noon, but they will open this coming Wednesday at the same time to help make sure everyone has a chance to get that perfect holiday gift.
