Hollidaysburg Woman Published In National Cookbook

Cherie Chism of Hollidaysburg has spent the past few developing her "Shrimp Filetto Di Pomodoro", now cooking enthusiasts from all over the world will also be able to enjoy the recipe.

Chism's recipe is now featured in the 2009 Holiday and Celebrations edition of Taste and Home.

She told WJACTV.com she submitted the recipe last year but didn't hear anything until last week. That's when she received a copy of the book in the mail and a letter telling her her recipe was on page 176.

Chism said she developed her dish while she was a chef in various Italian restaurants.

She added her specialty is cheese cakes.

She's now trying to start a catering business, C.J.'s Catering.
