Housing Prices Down In Altoona

Blair County —

According to a new federal report, housing prices are up in every city in Pennsylvania except Altoona. We spoke with Bob Pennington, owner of Coldwell Banker, Town and Country Real Estate. He said he has not seen a decrease in sales and adds maybe this report shouldn't be over analyzed considering there are so many new developments in surrounding townships and communities and there's no room to construct new homes in the city. According to Pennington, last month, the company sold 88 homes.
