That woman is Holly Notestine. She is from Bedford County and has been missing for 3 years. Notestine is a mother of two, 25 years old, 4 foot 11 inches tall and 95 pounds. She disappeared April 30th, 2000. Witnesses say she got in a fight with a man outside her Clearville home and got into his light colored car.
