JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —
Select Specialty has been in Johnstown for about 10 years and is a separate entity to Conemaugh Health System.
The move is due to some regulation changes.
Long-term patients, like ones with respiratory failure, traumatic injuries and complex rehabilitation needs, are treated at the Select Specialty Hospital.
The new location will have the hospital on one floor, instead of the current two.
Select Specialty Hospital has nearly 90 locations in two dozen states.
