Hunter's Body Found

Somerset County —

The body of a missing deer hunter has been found in Somerset County.

The body of 59-year-old Floyd Fulmer, Jr. of Mount Pleasant, was found shortly after 11 p.m. Monday night by a K-9 rescue unit.

According to Somerset County Coroner, Wally Miller, Fulmer was found in the Forbes State Game Lands in Elk Lick Township and died of natural causes.

State police and three volunteer fire departments were called in after members of Fulmer's hunting party could not find him. Fulmer was found after rescue crews spent Monday night searching a wooded area along Mount Davis Road.
