HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. —

A Huntingdon County woman charged in connection with the death of a blind elderly woman will stand trial.

Connie Souders, who owns Sleepy Hollow Personal Care Center in Tell Township, was charged after police said they found 70-year-old Sally Jean Fultz dead in a creek about 100 yards from the center.

The Huntingdon County district attorney said Fultz's death was not the first incident at the center. Police said there was a similar death of a patient suffering from dementia seven years ago. Charges were not filed in connection with that patient's death.
