A sure sign that spring is here. The Cambria County transit authority announced this morning that Johnstown's inclined plane will reopen one week from today, Thursday April first. The incline will operate seven days a week between the hours of noon and 6 pm. Although special extended hours will be in place for Easter holiday weekend. April 9th and 10th between noon and 8 pm and Easter Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. The incline's summer hours 9 am to 10 pm begin on May 16th.
