INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. —

Prosecutors in Indiana County said a man will plead guilty to charges related to the deaths of his two daughters and his estranged wife.

State police previously said 41-year-old Lewis Beatty confessed to choking and slashing the throat of 33-year-old Christine Beatty after similarly killing their daughters, 6-year-old Sara and 11-year-old Amanda.

Police said Beatty also set fire to both his own house and his ex-wife's house.

It was not clear as of Wednesday what specific charges Beatty is expected to plead guilty to or what penalty he will face.

A press conference is scheduled to be held after Friday's 2 p.m. court proceeding.
