Indiana County Widow Denies Involvement In Dentist's Death

The widow of a slain Indiana County dentist is denying any involvement in his death two years ago.

Dr. John Yelenic's family previously filed a wrongful death lawsuit against his widow, Michelle Yelenic, and Pennsylvania State Police.

In court documents recently filed in U.S. District Court in Harrisburg, Michelle Yelenic denied any wrongdoing.

Yelenic said she and her husband were divorcing at the time of his death in April 2006.

Her live-in boyfriend, Pennsylvania state Trooper Kevin Foley, is accused of killing the Blairsville dentist and is awaiting trial.
