Jefferson County Man Faces Charges From Police Standoff

A Jefferson County man is facing charges including attempted homicide.

This is after police said he held another person hostage in his home. WJAC-TV's news partner, the Tri-County Courier Express, reports Rocky O'Brien, of Reynoldsville, held the person at gunpoint.

The paper said that eventually O'Brien released the hostage and he then surrendered to police.
