There's a changing face in the job market. Along with young high school and college graduates looking for employment, there's also a growing number of older, displaced workers. We've all heard that manufacturing jobs are going away, but to many of these people that reality has hit far too close to home. Just this month the Murata Plant in State College completely closed its doors leaving former employees to make major life changes. At South Hills business school a job fair was held, and school directors say there's been a shift in what's being taught. There is a new shift with returning adults making up half of the student population here. They say the adults are so motivated that it's also having a positive impact on younger students. Potential employers seemed pleased with the new candidates.
