JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —
Construction is complete on the new Artsworks building in Cambria City.
The concept was born eight years ago, and since 2007, more than $1 million was raised to renovate the building.
The grand opening is Thursday at 7 p.m.. It's free, and the first night's exhibit features 11 artists from four states.
